How long does it take to ship my order?

Can I get my order rush shipped? If you require a specific delivery date, you should use air delivery options and let us know so we can accomodate your request. We can usually have the product delivered on the next day. << Back to Questions
What is the cost for shipping?
Cost of shipping depends on weight and distance of the package being shipped. The minimum
charge is $7.95. Expedited (next day air, second day air, etc) will cost more. The exact charges can
be determined on the shopping cart online before you check out. A basic rule of thumb is to

Fax: Fax your order to 757-313-7007 and we will call to confirm the order. Use our fax order form from the web site for faster service. There is a $50 minimum order amount.
E-mail: E-mail the order information to sales@virginiatoy.com, we will contact you to confirm the order. There is a $50 minimum order amount.
Phone Orders: Simply call the toll free order line 1-866-708-8697 to talk with our phone sales rep. There is a $50 minimum order amount.
Showroom: Visit our showroom to see the products first. You must schedule an appointment and there is a $100 minimum order required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for most transactions. COD’s are accepted
with Certified Funds (such as a money order or certified check) unless a credit application is
completed and approved. There is an extra charge for COD orders issued by the freight carriers.
You also can elect to pre-pay for an order and should contact customer service for more information.
Non-profit, schools, and special groups may be eligible for invoicing with a satisfactory
signed purchase order. Please call customer service to arrange special payment terms.

What is the return policy?
Festive, Fair, and Fun! We maintain and adhere to a strict return policy to help keep our prices low. It conforms to the industry standard of a toy and novelty wholesale distribution company. Virginia Toy and Novelty Company do not sell merchandise on approval. We guarantee that all products are free of defects as they leave our warehouse. We guarantee that all products will perform reasonably for their expressed and intended use.
Virginia Toy and Novelty Company cannot be responsible for breakage, damage, or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments should be reported to the carrier immediately. We can assist you in contacting the carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be saved for a carrier inspection. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
We double inspect all shipments leaving the warehouse. If your order is inaccurate, please call for assistance. All claims for shortages must be made in 5 business days of receipt of product.
Virginia Toy and Novelty Company, at our discretion, will replace, repair or issue a credit for the full price of any item found to be defective. However, this will not include damaged products due to misuse or negligence. Any shipment coming back to the VTN warehouse must have prior authorization and include the Return Authorization number written on each package, otherwise it may not be located in our warehouse. Orders accepted back to the warehouse will incur a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise returned must be freight prepaid and original shipping and handling cost will not be credited. Credit will not be issued for items in unsaleable condition or if not in the original boxes or units (dozen, unit, etc.) as sold and shipped to you. Candy and glow items are not returnable.
